Jennifer and I have co-taught workshops on such topics as; conflict resolution, effective teams, and meeting facilitation skills. We have also co-facilitated meetings to assist groups in planning or problem solving. Not only do I enjoy working with Jennifer, I also consider it a learning opportunity. Each session I gain a new approach or a unique insight into the content and delivery of our work. I continue to be impressed with her ability to lead and teach others. She is well versed in her subject matter and is able to share her knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and simple to apply. She is personable, confident and a true team player. Due to the nature of our work, the ability to manage difficult dynamics and a variety of emotions is important. Jennifer is able to adapt to any situation and remain calm, poised and empathetic.
