Once again, we are receiving wonderful feedback from staff. Having you as part of our in-service training for the past two years evidences that this is truly your calling, as both years provided informative and exciting learning.
Friend of the Family, Inc.
I came with an open mind and a compassionate receptive heart...no other agenda so I wouldn't have expectations and be disappointed!! The day was special! I came home feeling very relaxed and reflective. There was so much openness, communication and sharing among all. THANK YOU for being so YOU - so honest and transparent - so full of self knowledge - strengths and challenges.
Consultant, Head Start
I really appreciate the conversations you ignited in our staff. I think it’s important to have and share those uncomfortable conversations in order to be better informed and prepared to address different biases.
Employee, Chesapeake Bay Utilities
I want to thank you for the workshops that you offer, all practical and "user-friendly." I have enjoyed all of them and always take away information and strategies that I can use with all of my classes and co-workers. Your efforts are appreciated, and I look forward to registering for some of the other workshops you offer.
Teacher, Padua Academy
You did an amazing job of teaching, participating, supporting others and keeping us moving forward to a successful conclusion. I can't think of anyone else who could have done all of that and still have been as okay as you were at the end. Really, that was quite a feat and you deserve a lot of credit.
Conflict Resolution Program, University of Delaware
Thanks so much for the workshop. The staff greatly enjoyed you and all of the valuable information that you had to share! We all continue to refer to each other by our medicine wheel directions!!
Teacher, Brandywine Community School

Teacher, St. John the Beloved
She has a gift for engagement of participants from diverse backgrounds and for presenting information with individualized methods. Her ability to process is truly superior and she makes a commitment to being current and varied in her approaches.

Jennifer and I have co-taught workshops on such topics as; conflict resolution, effective teams, and meeting facilitation skills. We have also co-facilitated meetings to assist groups in planning or problem solving. Not only do I enjoy working with Jennifer, I also consider it a learning opportunity. Each session I gain a new approach or a unique insight into the content and delivery of our work. I continue to be impressed with her ability to lead and teach others. She is well versed in her subject matter and is able to share her knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and simple to apply. She is personable, confident and a true team player. Due to the nature of our work, the ability to manage difficult dynamics and a variety of emotions is important. Jennifer is able to adapt to any situation and remain calm, poised and empathetic. She is an excellent role model and someone who truly “walks the talk”.
